Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating a LaunchKit account or using the free demo at /free, you agree to these Terms.

2. What LaunchKit does

LaunchKit is a cold-email platform: you can paste prospect profiles to get AI-generated email drafts, schedule multi-step campaigns, send through your own connected Gmail or SMTP account, and track replies.

3. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

  • Send spam, scams, or fraudulent content.
  • Send to recipients you have no legitimate business reason to contact.
  • Send adult content, illegal goods, or regulated services without proper authorization.
  • Bypass our rate limits or abuse the free demo.
  • Use the platform to harass, threaten, or impersonate others.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

4. Email compliance is your responsibility

You are responsible for complying with all applicable email laws including CAN-SPAM (US), CASL (Canada), GDPR (EU), and equivalents in your jurisdiction. LaunchKit provides automatic unsubscribe links and a sender footer, but the legal obligation to use the platform lawfully sits with you.

5. Credits and payments

  • One credit equals one AI Emails generation (10 emails from one profile).
  • Credits never expire while your account is active.
  • Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you also agree to Stripe's terms.

6. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee 100% availability. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or upstream outages (Anthropic, Gmail, AWS) may interrupt service. Credit-spending operations that fail are automatically refunded.

7. Intellectual property

You own everything you put into LaunchKit (profiles you paste, sequences you write, leads you upload) and everything LaunchKit generates from your inputs (the email drafts).

LaunchKit owns the platform itself.

8. Limitation of liability

LaunchKit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, deliverability issues caused by your own list quality, or sender-reputation damage from violations of these Terms.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate Section 3 or remain inactive for over 24 months.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be emailed to active users at least 14 days before they take effect.
