1. Who we are

LaunchKit ("we", "us") provides cold-email infrastructure and AI-assisted email generation tools at launchkit.talkytools.com.

2. What we collect

  • Account data: name, email, hashed password, sign-up date.
  • Email account credentials: Gmail OAuth refresh tokens, SMTP usernames + passwords (encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM).
  • Lead and campaign data: prospect contact details you upload, sequences you write, send/open/click/reply events.
  • API keys: your Anthropic Claude key (encrypted at rest). Used only to generate AI emails on your behalf.
  • Free demo: when you use /free we store your email, IP address, the profile text you pasted, and the emails generated. Used for rate limiting and conversion tracking.
  • Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see card numbers.

3. How we use it

  • To run the service you signed up for.
  • To send transactional emails (welcome, payment receipts, system alerts).
  • To detect abuse and enforce rate limits.
  • To improve the product (aggregated, never sold).

4. Who we share with

  • Anthropic — your Claude API key calls go directly to Anthropic for AI generation.
  • Stripe — for payment processing.
  • AWS — for hosting (Lightsail, India region).
  • We do not sell your data to anyone.

5. Cold-email recipients

When you send cold emails through LaunchKit, the recipients' email addresses are processed by us only to deliver your emails and track engagement. We do not market to or contact your prospects. You are responsible for compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and equivalent laws in your jurisdiction. Every email sent through LaunchKit includes an unsubscribe link automatically.

6. Data retention

We keep your account data while your account is active. Free-demo data is retained for 12 months for analytics and abuse detection. You can request deletion at any time by emailing the address below.

7. Your rights

You can export, correct, or delete your data at any time. Contact us and we'll respond within 7 days.

8. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. No tracking cookies, no third-party analytics scripts.
