Refund Policy

Summary

We offer a 7-day refund on credit pack purchases if you have used fewer than 5 credits from the pack.

1. Credit pack refunds

If you bought a credit pack (Starter $9, Growth $19, Scale $39) and:

  • It has been less than 7 days since the purchase, AND
  • You have used fewer than 5 credits from that purchase,

You can request a full refund. Email us at hello@launchkit.talkytools.com with your account email and the Stripe receipt number.

2. Automatic refunds

If a generation fails for any reason on our side (Claude API down, bad output, server error), the credit is refunded automatically and you'll see it back in your balance within seconds. The refund is recorded in your Credit Transactions ledger.

3. What we don't refund

  • Credits already spent on successful generations (the AI did its work regardless of whether the email landed a meeting).
  • Outcomes you don't like — we provide tools, not guaranteed replies.
  • Account suspensions caused by violating our Terms of Service.

4. How long refunds take

Approved refunds are issued via Stripe and typically arrive in your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, please contact us — most issues can be resolved within 24 hours.
